PROPERTIES FOR SALE

* The tenant must be given 14 days notice (prior to the property being available for inspection) of the landlord’s intention to sell the property.  Failure to do so may result in the tenant being able to restrain the agent from conducting open inspections by a Tribunal order.

FAILURE TO ADVISE THE TENANT THAT THE PROPERTY IS FOR SALE

A tenant may give a 14 day termination notice on a fixed term agreement if they were not advised that the property was for sale when entering into an agreement.
