Agents quite often don’t have the skills to price a property and are scared of losing the listing so the agent will lie to the seller about the possible sale price. The problem with choosing the Biggest Liar is these agents will mostly sell the property for a lot less as over pricing a property is detrimental to the eventual sale price, as well as, these agents aren’t skilled negotiators and are desperate to make a sale so they never go back to the buyer and ask for more money.
