Traditional agents will try and convince/trap you to do what is “packaged up” as the best thing for you as the seller but unfortunately these “things” benefit the agent not the seller. A typical example is expensive marketing costs that is expected from the seller but promotes the agents brand more than the property itself- “selfish marketing”.

Before you sign with an agent we suggest you talk to us as most agents will just lie to you to win your business. You get excited about the “Lie price” and sign up with that agent to find out that that lie will continue throughout the period you are locked into that agent. We will show you sales evidence that will help determine a realistic price for your property. We will look at your options and make sure that selling is the best thing to do now or maybe wait. Regardless, we will only give you honest and accurate information.

We encourage you to talk to us and learn why our results are better and the sale prices we achieve are higher than other agents.

We study negotiation! We regularly train to keep ahead of different trends and technology changes and buyer behaviour. You have to move with the times!

Our method ensures we sell each property for the best price possible without putting undue stress on our sellers or costing them thousands of dollars in needless marketing.

Don’t leave selling your home-your biggest asset to chance!

In order to achieve the highest price possible an agent MUST be able to negotiate well. Have an extensive marketing plan, be honest at all times with an ethical approach to every aspect of the business.

To make sure you don’t fall into the trap of hiring an unethical agent make sure the methods they are suggesting really benefit you and not them. Ask how they negotiate the best price from the buyer. Make sure they are paying for the marketing costs.

And ask them for a guarantee. If they believe the price they are quoting you is honest and realistic get them to agree that if they don’t achieve the price they are quoting you the seller won’t have to pay the commission.

Typical agents will tell you they have buyers waiting so why should you have to pay them extra to go and find more buyers?!
